The two parties jointly built a "Chenghai-China Toy & Gift Export Base". This is a high-gold “business card” after Chenghai District’s “China Toy and Gift City”, “Guangdong Province Toy and Gift Industry Cluster Upgrade Demonstration Zone” and “CCTV Cartoon Toy Production Base”, and it has become the nation’s first national toy gift. In recent years, the municipal party committee and the municipal government have always attached importance to supporting the development of the toy and gift industry as the development of the featured economy, highlighting the construction of four major service platforms of “investment, information, technological innovation, and talent development”, focusing on restructuring and promoting transformation. Innovation and strong quality, grasping brand expansion, effectively promoted the rapid development of the toy and gifts industry, and the toy industry has become a new growth point for the city's economy. From January to July this year, toys and gifts exported 463.95 million U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 29.3%. Chenghai District is one of the famous “China Toy and Gift City” and “China's largest toy manufacturing base” in the country. It is the only “Intelligent Toys Creative Design and Manufacturing Industrial Base” identified in the National Torch Plan, and the existing toy companies and related facilities. There are more than 3,000 enterprises and the annual output value has exceeded 20 billion yuan.

It is understood that Chenghai and the China Light Industry Arts & Crafts Import & Export Chamber of Commerce will jointly build a “China Toy Gift & Export Base” and through the government, chamber of commerce, and enterprises will work together to build a public service platform to integrate the advantages of the government, industry, and enterprise and promote toys.
