Electrical insulation and hermetic packing for large motors. Can be made into electric coil shape, installed between the stator coil and the pole core of the motor, to prevent the leakage of the “poured rubber” in order to carry out the integral casting of the stator; it can also be made into a strip shape to seal the armature. The slots in the slots at both ends of the iron core are impregnated with paint and dried to form a firm sealing layer to prevent dust from entering the interior of the armature and improve the internal quality of the motor.
Fibers of non-woven insulation conforming materials are determined according to product requirements. Aramid fiber can be used for high temperature parts and polyester fiber for general temperature parts. The insulation conformal material is first made into a needle felt by a needle punching non-woven process, and the mass per unit area is generally 200 to 400 g/m2, the needling density is 60 to 120 spines/cm2, and the needle punched cloth needs to be impregnated with F-grade phenolic. Epoxy resin, baking and drying processes are finished products. Acupuncture insulation conformable materials have good compressibility under normal conditions, are cured by heating under pressure, and show good adhesion, electrical insulation properties and mechanical properties.
