Overview

Used for special materials such as lenses, optical instruments, picture tubes, and advanced glassware for surface polishing. Warp and weft yarns use multiple stranded yarns. 1/3 broken diagonal weave is adopted, weaving on multi-shuttle box loom via double layer and latitude four layers. The grey fabric is re-contracted, washed and dried to form a felt. The thickness is about 5~7mm and the mass per unit area is 3600g/m2. Its characteristic is that it is smooth, wear-resistant and flexible. Due to the fact that the thick surface and the fluff are rubbing against the glass mirror surface and so on, it can be used as a brake for textile machinery.
