In 2000, Shanghai Yingbao Fashion Co., Ltd. was established to set up a garment factory in Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai. This marked the introduction of the BEARTWO brand, under the parent company Taiwan-Yingli Sheng Co., Ltd., into the Chinese market. By leveraging the existing Pierrecardin sales channels, the brand quickly adapted its strategy, gaining market share and increasing brand awareness within a short period. As a result, Pierrecardin women's fashion gradually faded out of the market. In 2001, the Chengdu (Southwest) office was opened, and the number of BEARTWO direct sales counters surpassed 40. The following year, in 2002, the Beijing (North) office was established, with the number of direct sales counters rising to over 60. In 2003, a second garment factory was set up in Chuan Sha Jinqiao, Shanghai, and the number of direct sales counters exceeded 80. That same year, the Shenzhen (South) and Shenyang (Northeast) offices were also established, bringing the total number of direct sales counters to more than 120. At this point, the company had over 500 employees, reflecting its rapid growth and expanding presence across China.
