In 2000, Shanghai Yingbao Fashion Co., Ltd. was established with the goal of setting up a garment factory in Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai. This marked the introduction of the BEARTWO brand under the parent company, Taiwan-Yingli Sheng Co., Ltd., into the Chinese market. Leveraging the existing Pierrecardin sales channels, the brand successfully completed its strategic repositioning in a short time, gaining significant market share and boosting brand recognition. As Pierrecardin gradually faded from the market, BEARTWO seized the opportunity to expand its presence. In 2001, the Chengdu (Southwest) office was opened, marking the brand’s expansion into the western region of China. By that year, BEARTWO had over 40 direct sales counters across the country. The following year, in 2002, the Beijing (North) office was established, further strengthening the brand's national reach. The number of direct sales counters grew to more than 60 by the end of 2002. In 2003, a second garment factory was set up in Chuan Sha Jinqiao, Shanghai, supporting the brand's growing production needs. During the same year, the number of direct sales counters exceeded 80. In addition, the Shenzhen (South) and Shenyang (Northeast) offices were also established, expanding BEARTWO's footprint across different regions. With this growth, the company's workforce surpassed 500 employees, reflecting the rapid development of the brand during this period.
