90% of hand flags are made single sided having the image on the other side in reverse as these flags are small and is not necessary for double sided 3 layer flags, although if you want the hand flags to be double sided 3 layer flags then we can do that.

2). 6" x 9" flag with 0.6cm plastic pole length 30cm
3). 8" x 12" flag with 0.8cm plastic pole length 45cm

5). 16" x 24" flag with 1cm plastic pole length 90cm
6). 2' x 3' flag with 1.2cm plastic pole length 100cm or with 0.8cm wooden pole 100cm
7). 3′ x 5′ flag with 1.5m plastic/wooden length 150cm

The common flag material for hand flags is 75D/100D polyester it's a light weight and economy material and perfect for hand flags.
PE material is the most cheapest material. But this material suite for small size and big quantity.
157gsm paper, PVC material can be printed on both sided and 1ply.
Hand flags are great for sporting clubs and promo events but can be made for any type of event or function.
There are two finishing's for flags either heat cut or hemmed please let us know which type you need on the quote form.

Machinery/Production Process
We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
QC/Technical Support
Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.
